The service
Taxigo connects passengers with independent drivers, taxi stand fleets and third-party ride-hailing apps. We are an intermediary platform; the transport contract is between you and the driver/operator.
Account & age
You must be 18+ to open a passenger account, hold the required licences to drive, and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Fares & payment
Fares are calculated based on the published pricing rules for your city, plus any surge or night surcharge in effect. Cancellation and no-show fees apply where indicated. Taxigo retains its commission and pays out drivers per schedule.
Conduct
No harassment, discrimination, illegal activity or damage to vehicles. Rate honestly. Drivers must follow traffic law, hold valid documents, and maintain a roadworthy vehicle.
Safety
The panic button is for emergencies only. If you fear immediate danger, also call local emergency services (192 in MK, 129 in AL).
Termination
We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or pose safety risks. You may close your account at any time via support.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Taxigo's liability is limited. Drivers maintain their own insurance per local regulation.
Disputes
Governing law: the country your account is registered in (MK or AL). Mandatory consumer dispute resolution paths apply where available.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email and in-app at least 14 days before they take effect.
